I posted this last fall, but since it is absolutely one of my favorite recipes, I am re-posting. This is hands down my favorite pumpkin bread ever!!! I mean, it comes from the Tartine cookbook, so it makes sense. And do you want to know a insider secret, this is one of the only from scratch recipes I mix by hand. It is sooo soothing and feels so organic; it makes me feel like I am in touch with my pumpkin bread.
